Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition as received.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method and may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on your card-issuing bank.
